2017 Indigenous Crafts Application

Spaces: Set up is outdoors on grassy and sometimes muddy ground. Bring all your own display materials (chairs, tables, etc.), tarps and canopies. Booths are the sole responsibility of the crafts vendor; merchandise should be locked at night. Cars will not be allowed to park at your booth during the festival. Set-up occurs on Wednesday or Thursday before noon. There is a loading/unloading area, but please be prepared to transport your supplies a short distance by hand.

Electricity is available for lighting – please bring your own extension cords.

The fee is 10% of your gross sales with a $75 minimum for all four days of the Festival. This fee includes: 2 four-day passes, 1 parking pass, and camping space. If you have more assistants, you may purchase extra tickets at the early bird rate ($104 each), or contact the coordinator to make special provisions. Children 12 and under are free.

Please feel free to contact Julie My with questions at juliemy@grassrootsfest.org or call 919-542-1746.
