Emily Wilhelm, Instructor

Emily graduated from Central Carolina Community College in Pittsboro, where she earned her degree in Culinary Arts. The program at CCCC is avant-garde, it’s focus is less on the classic techniques in cooking and more on the new age of food, using a sustainable mindset in the kitchen. This means having a “Tip to Tail” approach when working with animal proteins, or preparing not just the beets but also adding the greens into a salad.
