Kundalini Yoga with Saranpreet Kaur

Liz Saranpreet Kaur Moudy is a KRI-certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a powerful practice involving asana (posture), pranayam (breathing techniques), meditation, and mantra (sound) to energize, organize, and access our creative potential (kundalini energy) to help transform our lives in very direct but often subtle ways. Every class is beginner-friendly.
Class begins at 11am. Arrive a few minutes early as the weather will decide our location. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you’re coming, or just show up! Wear comfortable clothing and come with a blanket or yoga mat and an open mind!
Class is free and open to the public.
